The Forest Park Southeast public infrastructure committee voted to replace the sewer planters throughout the neighborhood with sphere bollards. Next year Manchester will be receiving a $3.5 million face lift. The enhancements include new sidewalks, pedestrian lighting, trees, trash cans, and street furniture.
