Chouteau Planters Get Accessorized

The new planters on Chouteau Avenue have received their finishing touch.  Each planter was fitted with the street name intersection to which the planter faces: Taylor, Newstead, Tower Grove, and Boyle Avenue.   The planters were fabricated and installed by Confluence Design.
