Pete Rothschild Chats with WUMCRC

Pete Rothschild, owner of Red Brick Management, has been purchasing and developing buildings from the time he was twenty years old. His property management group has been around for 42 years and they own buildings all over the St. Louis area, including Central West End and the Grove.  WUMCRC sat down with Rothschild to discuss why he decided to develop buildings in the Grove, and how.

Rothschild states, “There is more promising opportunity in the Grove than there is in any other St. Louis neighborhood.”
