Last night we tested the lights to make sure they were in working order.   The 15 minutes  of “neon glow” drew much applause and camera shots from the businesses and customers in the Grove.  The sign will soon light up the sky each night once the proper electrical meters are installed.  Stay tuned for the date of the lighting ceremony.
