Home to the Washington University Medical Center and Cortex Innovation Community, this neighborhood is one of the region’s most soughtafter communities. Located adjacent to the award-winning Forest Park, this 112 block area contains some of Saint Louis’most regal historic architecture and presents one of the most dense urbanenvironments in the Midwest. With over 15,000 residents, the American Planning Association selected the Central West End as one of America’s Top Ten Great Neighborhoods in 2014.
