Live Near Your Work Expansion Announced

BJC and Washington University benefits-eligible employees can apply for a $12,500 forgivable loan to purchase a home in designated areas within our region. After five years of living in their home and continuing to work in a benefits-eligible position at BJC or Washington University, an employee’s loan is forgiven.
