FPSE Public Infrastructure Continued

Next year Manchester will be receiving a $3.5 million face lift.  The enhancements include new sidewalks, pedestrian lighting, trees, trash cans, and street furniture.   Continuing the momentum, the question becomes, what improvements are needed for the north-south cross streets (Taylor, Newstead, Tower Grove, Boyle, and Sarah)?
