Washington University Medical Center Redevelopment Corporation (WUMCRC) continues to partner with the Forest Park Southeast (FPSE) neighborhood to further strengthen and stabilize this important community. Since 1997, WUMCRC has provided incentives for employees of BJC HealthCare and Washington University to purchase homes in FPSE through the Employer Assisted Housing Program (EAHP).
